- 1. The starter program (MiniKbd.exe)

- Mini Keyboard is a small program, which puts an icon to task bar.
- You can turn the remapping on/off from there.

- Your preferences can be set in the Properties/Mini Keyboard menu
- of Keyboard Remapper:

- 1.1 Default Layout
-
- You can set which layout will be loaded by default.
- At startup the remapping function is activated.

- 1.2 Window State
-
- Minimize On Startup: If checked, MiniKbd does not open its window at startup.
- Always On Top: If checked, MiniKbd will always stay on top when visible.
- Only One KR: If checked, only one KR can run at the same time.

- 1.3 Show Mini Keyboard on:

- Mini Keyboard can be visible on the Taskbar/System Tray or both.

- 1.4 Icons

- Different icons can be assigned to the three state of Mini Keyboard
- (de-activated, layout 1. is active, layout 2. is active). Icons
- should be in "Icon" sub-directory.

- 1.5 Auto-start

- There are three ways to auto-start Mini Keyboard:
- -Your Startup: the program will start using Start menu's Startup
- -Common Startup: same as above, for Windows NT, when there are more users.
- -Registry: Starting without using Start menu.
